As a member of the Los Angeles Collaborative Family Law Association and the Ventura Collaborative Law Professional in Ventura group my focus is to bring supportive vocational services to the team process. Vocational/career counseling, vocational testing, labor market analysis and job placement services are all supportive services that can facilitate transition in the Divorce process.

Earning capacity evaluations when there is a change in earning capacity of either spouse can be essential in determining earning potential. Labor market analysis also can answer questions regarding earnings for a particular occupation and or a specific geographical area.

Throughout my career, I have assisted individuals with Vocational/Career Counseling including those with disabilities. I have provided services to the Ventura, Conejo Valley , San Fernando Valley and for the Los Angeles area.

I have been a Vocational Counselor since 1979, primarily providing vocational evaluations for Worker? Compensation and Long Term Disability in both the private and public sectors. I have worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for the State of Arizona in the public sector as well as being certified with the U.S. Department of Labor/Office for Worker? Compensation Programs for 16 years. In addition, I have served as a Vocational Expert for the Office of Hearings and Appeals in Downey and in Pasadena, testifying on approximately 350 occasions. I have been qualified and testified as a Vocational Expert in Superior Court in Los Angeles. I have provided Vocational Evaluations for the Court assisting in the Family law process. I have provided Vocational Expert Services since 1988 for personal injury cases.

I am with Regain, Inc. a Vocational Rehabilitation Company that has been in business for 30 years. I am board certified as a rehabilitation counselor (CRC) and also possess certification from the Commission of Disability Management Specialist (CDMS). I am also a member in Good Standing in the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, International Associates of Rehabilitation Professional (IARP), The Alliance of Divorce Professionals (ADP), and the American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE).
